Polymechanic / CNC Machinist
(m/f/d)
Your Role
• Program and set up CNC and conventional machines
• Process diverse customer orders (turning, milling, drilling, water-jet cutting)
• Maintain our high quality standards
• Service and maintain machinery
• Support production and capacity planning
Your Profile
• Completed training as a polymechanic or CNC machinist — or an equivalent technical qualification
• Experience in machining

Technical Specialist Research & Development & Test Center
(m/f/d) 80–100%
Your Role
• Testing friction material samples on brake test benches, mechanical testing machines, and other laboratory equipment
• Evaluating, documenting, and analyzing test results
• Performing routine maintenance and servicing of testing equipment
• Manufacturing test specimens and prototypes
• Contributing to research and development projects
• Supporting administrative tasks within the R&D department
Your Profile
• Completed vocational training as a polymechanic or a comparable technical qualification
• Experience in one or more of the following areas is an advantage: Mechanical materials testing, Quality assurance and CNC machine programming
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP systems is a plus
• Independent, well-structured, and reliable working style
• Very good German skills (written and spoken); English skills are an advantage
• Strong interest in technical challenges and a high level of precision in your work
Inside Sales & Supply Chain Allrounder
Operations | Procurement | Logistics | Finance Support(m/f/d)
Your Mission
You will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of sales operations and supply chain activities within an international business environment. You will ensure operational excellence across order management, procurement, logistics, and selected financial processes while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external partners worldwide. This position requires a structured, detail-oriented professional with strong organizational capabilities and the ability to manage multiple interfaces in a dynamic, global setting.
Your Role
• Manage the entire order lifecycle — from customer inquiry to delivery — using our ERP system (abas) and MS Office
• Prepare and process quotations
• Oversee supplier management, including performance monitoring and relationship development
• Execute and optimize the procurement process, including supplier selection, price negotiations, and sourcing activities
• Ensure material availability and supply continuity
• Organize and coordinate national & international logistics operations and freight forwarding
• Handle import and export procedures in compliance with international trade regulations
• Manage receivables and dunning processes
• Maintain and continuously improve master data in the ERP system
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships
• Support contract management and administration
• Assist with selected accounting processes (invoice verification, payment approvals, cash flow monitoring in coordination with management)
Your Profile
• Excellent written and spoken German and English
• Solid experience in import/export and international logistics
• Strong technical affinity and process understanding
• Business expertise in procurement, supply chain, or inside sales
• Experience working with ERP systems (ideally abas ERP)
• High level of accuracy, reliability, and process orientation
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments and cultures
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
